Amenities

Four Mile Village has many great amenities accessible to all guests and residents. Bask on the sandy white beaches of the Emerald Coast, stroll through the mile-long historic trails or paddle across the beautiful coastal dune lakes.

Beach Access

Four Mile Village has unparalleled serene landscape views that are hard to beat. Trails throughout the neighborhood lead south to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Owners and guests in the neighborhood are allowed beach entry via the community beach access while Gulf front owners may have private dune walkovers. The neighborhood boasts over 2000 feet of spacious Gulf-front sugar white sands that are remarkably pristine and pure.

Scenic Trails

For the active guest, trails provide a variety of sights and ecological environments. The Sand Pine Military Trail is a mile-long trail that begins at the Preserve office and meanders through the Titi swamp. Along this trail are the remaining military bunkers open for view. The Flatwoods Hammock Trail wanders to the northeaster side of the property to the less-traveled eastern side of Lake Fuller. The Topsail Bluff Trail is the site of one of the rocket-launching ramps used during World War II.

Coastal Dune Lakes

Coastal dune lakes offer a unique delicacy to those around South Walton. Lake Fuller is one of fifteen naturally occurring lakes in the area that line the coast, drained by natural outlets that spill into the Gulf. The 40-acre private-access lake is fed by rain water and ground seepage, dotted sweetly by water lilies. The peaceful nature and serene setting make the lake a lovely place to unwind and retreat from everyday stress.
